NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a set of techniques that helps you shift how you think, feel, and communicate. I'm currently training with Ali Campbell, one of the UK’s most respected NLP coaches, to integrate advanced mindset tools into my practice.
Used alongside hypnotherapy, NLP gives you practical strategies to change unwanted habits, build confidence, and improve emotional regulation.
